The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary advocate for our customers. You'll help businesses onboard, adopt best practices, and achieve their goals with Intellisar. You'll also be the voice of the customer internally, driving product improvements.

Onboard new customers and drive platform adoption
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Gather and communicate customer feedback
Create customer success playbooks and documentation
Collaborate with product on customer-driven improvements

Compensation Model

1099-NEC Independent Contractor

All positions are structured as 1099-NEC independent contractor engagements. You will be paid based on agreed hourly or project-based milestones.

As a 1099-NEC contractor, you maintain full independence, set your own schedule, and receive tax advantages associated with self-employment. Health insurance is not included - contractors are responsible for their own coverage.

Lifetime Profit Royalty (No Equity)

Instead of traditional equity, you will receive:

  • A percentage of company profits once specific revenue milestones are reached
  • Paid indefinitely — even if you later leave the company
