Getting Started with Intellisar

Set up your account and start using Intellisar in under an hour. This guide walks you through everything you need to know to get up and running.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • A valid email address for account verification
  • Your contact list (CSV file) if migrating from another platform
  • Access to your email and calendar accounts (optional)

Create Your Account

Sign up with your email or connect your Google account. You'll get instant access to all features during your 14-day free trial.

1.Visit intellisar.ai and click 'Get Started'
2.Enter your email and create a secure password
3.Verify your email address
4.Complete your profile information

Set Up Your Workspace

5 minutes

Configure your workspace settings, branding, and preferences. Your workspace is where all your contacts, campaigns, and data live.

1.Choose a workspace name (usually your company name)
2.Upload your logo and set brand colors
3.Configure your timezone and locale
4.Set up your email sending domain (optional but recommended)

Import Your Contacts

10-30 minutes

Bring your existing contacts into Intellisar via CSV import, direct integration, or manual entry.

1.Export contacts from your current CRM or spreadsheet
2.Map your CSV columns to Intellisar fields
3.Review and confirm the import
4.Add tags and segments as needed

Connect Your Tools

Integrate Intellisar with the tools you already use for a seamless workflow.

1.Connect your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
2.Set up calendar sync for scheduling
3.Connect payment processors (Stripe, etc.)
4.Add any third-party integrations via Zapier

Create Your First Automation

Set up a simple automation to see the power of Intellisar's workflow engine.

1.Navigate to Automations in the sidebar
2.Choose a template (we recommend 'Welcome Email')
3.Customize the email content and timing
4.Activate and test the automation
